Course brief
Performance management is a method of connecting the organisation’s objectives to the people that are individually responsible for carrying them out and achieving them. This course will use concepts and tools that many employees will already be familiar with, and which are intended to establish the link between individual performance, and the wider corporate goals for which the organisation exists.
